Underwear Everywhere!! - March 2019 Giveaway Recap

Thank you so much to all of the 30 volunteers who braved the cold and fierce wind to hand out supplies to over 236 members of our community.

Texas weather does exactly what it wants to so even though it was 70+ degrees last week, we had winds ripping under the bridge pulling temps down to the high 30s. Once again, all the coffee and hot chocolate were taken out fairly quickly.

A wonderful smooch to the Atheist Community of Austin for helping to pull together a wonderful addition, packs of new women's and men's underwear for our recipients. These were very, VERY well-received, along with socks and a large supply of backpacks from other donators.

Thanks to Project Shoehorn ATX for continuing to push for more shoe donations for distribution to our community.

We received some HUGE donations through the wishlist this time around. Among other things, we believe that toilet paper will be covered for the next few months!!!
